Who I am

Heron Pages is run by Nasim, based in Dublin. I am responsible for any personal data you send through this site. Questions about it: nasim@alchemisthub.io.

What I collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, what you do, whether you have a website, and any message.

There are no analytics, no tracking and no cookies on this site. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan your website. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to my inbox. Formspree is based in the US; transfers are covered by its data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to serve pages and block abuse.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, I keep it for as long as the project and my legal record-keeping require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: nasim@alchemisthub.io. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
